Personal statement: I am a group and individual psychotherapist with over 25 years experience. I have a particular interest in ADD, mood disorders and more generally how when you are struggling, your mental health affects your relationships. As a group psychotherapist, I can offer all my individual clients the opportunity to move from individual therapy into a group, if they wish to do so. Group therapy, although more challenging, enables us to heal our difficulties in relationships and build self confidence in all types of group, including work, social and family. I offer an initial consultation to discuss what has brought you to seeking therapy and to find the best type of therapy to suit your needs. If I can't help, I can also refer you to another BUPA colleague.
