None of us should have to face life’s journey alone. As we grow and enter new stages of life, things that worked for us in the past may no longer serve us well. Sometimes the challenges of life call for new responses. Counseling can be an opportunity to explore the rules, boundaries, and expectations that we have acquired over time and consider new possibilities. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate, supervised by Megan Krizan.As a counselor, I meet my clients where they are, in the messy middle of life, with empathy and compassion. I consider it a privilege to offer a safe space for clients to confront their circumstances and explore their personal goals. I believe my clients of all ages have unique gifts and strengths that can empower them to re-connect to the joy in life.My experience has prepared me to work with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, trauma, and life transitions.
