Life can throw many different curve balls, often leaving us confused, angry, frustrated, depressed, anxious, or a host of many other emotions. We can get so consumed with the challenges that we develop maladaptive behaviors which can negatively impact different areas of our lives. I am deeply passionate about empowering individuals with tools to increase their level of functioning while building self-awareness, self-compassion, and tools to better navigate those struggles. I am pursuing the Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) credential with the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals (iaedp). I am receiving supervision from Trish McCoy Kessler, LPC, CEDS. I look forward to helping you or your child along on the journey to self-discovery and growth. As a therapist, the relationship I develop with clients is based on respect, support, and encouragement. I believe that a nonjudgmental and welcoming environment is crucial to provide a safe space for clients to discuss past and current issues and move forward.
