I practice mindfulness and have a strong interest in neuroscience both of which inform my practice. I am passionate in supporting other therapists to grow and thrive within this rewarding & caring profession. I currently work in private practice and have worked previously for the NHS, a sixth form college, a university, charity and a county council.My original training was in clinical hypnotherapy and NLP back in 2000.
