My positions list includes Superintendent Pharmacist, Pharmacy Manager and Community Pharmacist. I performed a wide range of various activities regarding both customer management and health care services development. I possess significant financial and business skills, which I successfully utilised starting a new 100 hour pharmacy and achieving a rapid growth of business turnover. I am proficient at financial overview of the pharmacy in terms of performance, spending and staff costs, eliminating waste and negotiating the best buying deals to increase profitability. I’m able to establish confident leadership and direction, whilst personally demonstrating expert technical knowledge daily, providing advice, assistance and coaching pharmacists and managers. To ensure that patient safety is not compromised and the risk of error is reduced, by rigorous adherence to standard operating procedures being followed. I am trained in a variety of services, which is shown by extensive research and development and clinical governance expertise I have acquired.
