There may be physical health symptoms causing concern – not sleeping, being unable to concentrate, tension or headaches.Talking to someone about your struggles can help. I am fully aware that this may take a great deal of courage to open up and share your experiences to someone - I know because I have been there too. I would like to help and support you through this difficult time.As an integrative counsellor, I will listen and support you to understand your experiences, situation or struggles, in a warm, caring, safe, trusting, non-judgemental and confidential space. I may incorporate other approaches, such as, Compassionate Mind, relaxation and mindfulness.Together we can explore your issues at your pace, whether this be talking or using creative activities, so you can work towards a more positive future. I work with a Domestic Abuse organisation offering counselling to adults, children and young people who have been affected by domestic abuse and violence. I have a lot of experience and knowledge in supporting and helping people understand and heal from trauma, abuse or anxiety.I have experience in ill-health, chronic pain or fatigue, anxiety, stress, bereavement, loss, low mood, relationship issues, self-esteem, self-harm or school/work-related issues.
