What do I love to do? I bring together a distinct set of professional experience to take a creative and commercial approach to developing talent within organisations. I love to get under the skin of business priorities and create and deliver solutions to achieve these through the organisational people talent. What qualifies me to do this? I bring my experience as a Business Psychologist, combined with many years as a people professional (Fellow of the CIPD), working strategically within SMEs and global organisations. I am a qualified (ICF accredited) career development coach who works on a 1:1 basis, as well as in group settings, to support talent development.
