As a Counselling Supervisor I offer clinical supervision to both qualified and in-training counsellors, psychotherapists and coaches.This is a professional relationship which helps to reflect on the different aspects of the therapeutic relationship and process. There is an ethical requirement from BACP, UKCP and some coaching professional organisations that you maintain regular supervision whether you are in training or are qualified.
