Hello, my name is Helen and I work with Adults, Young People, Teenagers and Young Children.  I have a therapy room in a private location, near Lavenham, Suffolk with free parking. I offer Counselling / Psychotherapist and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) as well as Clinical Supervision.I have an Advanced Certificate Clinical Supervision including Online and Telephone Working (Level 6) which includes training received using 'The Seven-Eyed Model of Supervision' and an 'Integrative Developmental Model for Supervising Counsellors and Therapists' (IDM).  I work as an Integrative Counsellor, using my skills and knowledge tailoring these to the specific needs of each client . I have experience working in many different environments, schools, charities / community agencies, private practice and within the NHS.  I have worked as a Primary Mental Health Worker (PMHW) in NHS Wellbeing Service for Children and Young People. I have also worked as a School Counsellor.
