Working with Tessa Gough Associates, Insurers and Solicitors I provide Quantum Reports for both claimants and defendants as well as on joint instructions, reporting on rehabilitation and care, aids and equipment for the court in relation to those with catastrophic injuries including acquired brain injury and multiple fractures. . I also provide Immediate Needs Assessments and Rehabilitation Management for claimants. All work follows the Code of Best Practice ‘The Rehabilitation Code’ which is endorsed by among others the Association of British Insurers and the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.
