I learnt British Sign Language and did 5 years volunteer work in the Deaf community from the age of 15. For the last 16 years I have been learning Mandarin Chinese and regularly do volunteer work within the Chinese community. I have just returned from a three month trip to China to improve in my language ability and learn more about Chinese culture. I also have a years experience working in Tasmania, Australia. I love jobs that help to make a difference and that put the welfare of the customer first.
