I would describe myself as a 'why and how' person and hate the words "..it's always just been that way". I am a firm believer in constant re-evaluation of processes and believe innovation is as important as stabilisation. I am a pharmacist by background and a thinker all the time. Currently unsure with whats exactly next, but most confident in my abilities that I will figure it out (eventually).
