I am a Counselling Psychologist with many years of experience working with clients from a variety of backgrounds. I offer a safe and compassionate space for clients to talk and be heard. I offer individual counselling online, via phone and face-to-face. I have worked in the NHS and also with charities providing a therapeutic service to support individuals as they need. I work eclectically, meaning that I am open to working with whatever methods will be most beneficial to my clients. My main ways of working are integrated between person-centred and existential counselling. I hold an undergraduate, masters and I am in the final year of my PhD as a counselling psychologist specialising in Existential Therapy. I have experience working with trauma including abuse, chronic pain, anxiety and depression, and gender and sexuality with regard to identity. I have the flexibility to work with clients age 18+, online (skype, zoom and teams), via phone, and some capacity to work face to face in Berkshire. My starting rate is £50 per session, I do offer concessions such as student and lower income rates.
