I have 10+ years’ experience as a Pharmacist and Pharmacy Manager. Since my registration as a Pharmacist, I have undertaken voluntary and work experience placements alongside my professional employment to further enhance my learning and career. I have a sound knowledge of pharmacy operations and management and the determination to continue to reach high standards of professionalism and patient care. I have leadership and management experience of dispensary and retail staff, including success in training and performance improvement. I have effective communication and listening skills proven to enhance good team working, analysis and problem-solving. The ability to develop a good rapport with management, colleagues and patients has enabled highly productive and rewarding working environments during my employment.
