After completing MBBS in Gov't Medical College, India, Dr. Somayaji, did his MS Orthopaedics from Bangalore Medical College. He worked for 9 years in various hospitals in the UK including the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital Stanmore. He obtained MRCS degrees from the Royal Colleges of London as well as Glassgow in 2003. Beside this Dr. Somayaji also completed his training in Knee Surgery at the Wellington Knee Unit and the Royal Free Hospitals. He has a Zimmer Knee Arthroplasty aside from ISAKOS Arthroscopy Fellowship both from the UK. Dr. H. Sadashiva Somayaji practices Orthopaedics and is specialized in Knee Surgeries. Dr. Somayaji has more than 15 years of experience in the field of orthopaedics working as a specialist registrar in busy district hospitals in the UK before moving to the UAE and joining NMCSH Abu Dhabi as a Specialist Orthopaedic Surgeon.
