Dr. Alag comes from a family of doctors. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery from New York University College of Dentistry where she graduated with Honors in Prosthodontics. She is focused on providing personalized care while utilizing advanced technology and innovative procedures to create the most comfortable patient experience. She gets immense pleasure from improving patients’ smiles and giving them the confidence they need. She was fortunate to be given an opportunity for social and community service by providing dental care to deprived and poor and delinquent children, and by spreading oral health awareness amongst the uneducated masses. She has staged “Health Talks” on various topics like oral cancer, effects of tobacco chewing, brushing techniques, and taboos in dentistry. She has also worked for the National Pulse Polio Immunization Program for five years when she was in India. She keeps herself updated through continuing education courses. Dr. Alag is also credentialed by AGD, CDA and ADA. She was awarded a Fellowship in Implantology by the International Dental Implant Association in 2018. Dr. Alag moved to California with her husband in 2016 and has been practicing in the Bay Area since then. She loves traveling, biking and swimming in her spare time.
