Dr Sarah Panjwani is a General and Developmental Paediatrician, based at Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust and she also sees patients privately at The Portland Hospital. Dr Panjwani has over 16 years experience in paediatrics and assesses and treats children of all ages, with particular interest in autism, developmental delay, child development, behavioural concerns, disability, ADHD, fussy eating, toileting and constipation, and sleep problems. She has also set up a successful service for children with sleep disorders. Dr Panjwani graduated from Kings College School of Medicine and has a Masters (with distinction) in Child Health from the University of Warwick. She is a Fellow of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health. Dr Panjwani trained in paediatrics in a number of leading hospitals, including Manchester Childrens Hospital and Alder Hey in Liverpool. She also has an active interest in education and training, and is an Honorary Senior Lecturer at Kings College. Dr Panjwani has researched stem cell treatments for neurological disease at Harvard Universitys Boston Childrens Hospital and she was Young Investigator of the Year for her research on medication use in paediatric Crohns Disease and Collitis. Her work in child health has been published and presented at national and international conferences and she received a Clinical Excellence Award in recognition of her contribution to the work and life of her NHS Trust.
