Dr. Guillermo Köhn MD, FACOG, is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG), a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ACOG) and a member of the American Medical Association (AMA). His surgical interests include Minimally Invasive Advanced Laparoscopic-Robotic and Urogynecologic Surgeries, Pelvic Floor Repairs, Hysterectomy, Myomectomy, Excision of Endometriosis, and Hysteroscopy Sterilization. He specializes in the Medical Management of Pelvic Pain, Abnormal Uterine Bleeding and Obstetrical Care. In 2004, Dr. Köhn moved to the United States where he did his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Flushing Hospital Medical Center / Weill Cornell in New York City. Dr. Köhn was born in Asunción, Paraguay, 1972. After graduating from medical school at the Universidad Nacional de Asunción in 1996 he started his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Instituto de Previsión Social in his country. Concluding his training, he worked in the field until August 2004, when he moved to the United States. Dr. Köhn is currently affiliated with Mount Sinai Medical Center, Hialeah Hospital, Aventura Hospital, Palmetto Hospital, Jackson Memorial Hospital.
