My dermatology training was in Oxford and Edinburgh and I then became a full time NHS Consultant for 25 years but in the last 5 years have worked a 4 day week for them NHS. I have a special interest in the effective but appropriate management of skin cancer taking into account body site, age and patient preference. Former President of the British Society for Dermatological Surgery. I see adults and children in the NHS and privately and have extensive experience in almost all aspects of dermatology. The extent of my cosmetic practice is the removal of unwanted moles, tags, cysts, warty lesions and the use of cryosurgery I do not perform other cosmetic operations. Nor do I user lasers or inject botox or fillers. Over the years I have been involved in much research and have published over 70 articles in dermatology journasls.
