Dr Khoshkhounejad obtained both of her initial degrees prior to moving to the UK where she proceeded to complete three year specialist orthodontic training. She has also obtained her masters in Orthodontics as well as membership for the royal college of surgeons of Edinburgh. She is a consultant orthodontist and her interest lies in treating children and adults of varying complexities. She is also involved in surgical treatment of patients with jaw discrepancies and other cases in collaboration with her surgical and restorative colleagues. She is extremely passionate about teaching and teaches both undergraduates and postgraduate dental and orthodontic students on all different aspects of orthodontics.
