She graduated in Medicine from the State University of Milan, Italy, in 2003 and trained in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in Italy, Belgium and Hong Kong. Dr Frontino has 20 years of experience and worked at the prestigious Clinica Mangiagalli University Hospital in Milan. She gained vast experience in the diagnosis and treatment of fertility issues such as Endometriosis and Fibroids, as well as in Adolescent Gynaecology and Fetal Medicine and has also developed expertise in assisting high-risk pregnancies and gynaecological emergencies. Dr Frontino was the recipient of several clinical research grants and has published in peer-reviewed journals and international textbooks. Dr Frontino is a member of the IMS International Menopause Society, ISGE International Society of Gynecological Endocrinology, BMA British Medical Association, RCOG Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, ISUOG International Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and is accredited from the FMF Fetal Medicine Foundation for Nuchal Translucency scanning. Dr Frontino is collaborates with the Univesity of Roehampton, London in research studies on Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) and Menopause. She is particularly interested in irregular periods, heavy and abnormal bleeding, functional hypothalamic amenorrhoea, PMS, BV bacterial vaginosis, genital infections, recurrent UTIs, PCOs Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, Pelvic ultrasound scans, natural fertility counselling, contraception counselling, perimenopause and menopause, adolescent gynaecology, Pregnancy scans, HyCoSy/HyFoSy and sonohysterography.
