Injury & Spine Institute is a small, boutique practice home to Dr. George Botelho, board-certified orthopedic surgeon of almost 30 years. Dr. Botelho specializes in the evaluation and treatment of orthopedic conditions such as back and neck pain, arthritis, sports injuries, motor-vehicular injuries, among others. Dr. Botelho completed his MD at Rutgers University and his undergraduate degree at Johns Hopkins University. After completing his residency in Orthopedic Surgery in New Jersey, Dr. Botelho opened his private practice in the Florida Keys in 1993. He has since expanded it to several locations across the South Florida region. In addition to the main office in Boca Raton, Dr. Botelho has office locations in Marathon and Orlando as well.
