EXPERT WITNESS PRACTICE: I provide psychiatric medico-legal reports for civil litigation. I am based in Edinburgh. PROFILE: I am a consultant psychiatrist specialising in the assessment and treatment of common psychiatric disorders including anxiety, depression and eating disorders. I have extensive experience of working in general adult psychiatry, specialist eating disorders services and forensic services. I have produced many medico-legal reports for both the insurance industry and the courts. I have trained cognitive behaviour therapy. I have research experience in treatment of depression, eating disorders and services for severe mental illness. Qualifications: BSc (Hons), MB, ChB, MRCPsych, MD, Dip CBT.
