My areas of expertise lie in treating anxiety, depression, trauma. I have substantial experience in working with clients who experience difficulties to form or sustain intimate relationships with others and those who have experienced difficulties with fertility. I also have a special interest in race, identity and belonging. I am registered member of the BACP and abide by their ethical code of conduct and frameworks as a therapeutic practitioner. I also hold and have received an BSc (Hons) in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from the School of Psychology at the University of East London. Both the MSc and the BSc are accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
