Gaynell Anderson has her Doctorate in Physical Therapy, Certification in orthopedic Manual Therapy, Certification in Health Coaching, level 1 hypopressive trainer, and is a pelvic floor care specialist. She has 35+ years experience specializing in manual orthopedic and sports rehab, pelvic floor, adominal and recovery health programs. She has taught as an adjunct professor in the doctorate program for physical therapy for FGCU and has worked with the Miami city ballet as their primary treating therapist during their performances in Naples. Gaynell was owner and developer of Absolute Physical Therapy of SW Fl and Absolute Wellness of SW Fl, selling both companies in 2017. She is co-founder of A Euphoric Living Foundation, a non-profit organization with focus on community education on health and wellness. She is current co-producer and interviewer for a podcast “Spellife” with discussions geared towards optimizing spiritual, physical, and emotional health. Gaynell believes knowledge is key to gaining and maintaining optimal health, that through knowledge of how our body works, we are empowered and driven to take an active role in our own health and wellness.
