I am currently employed as a Chartered Assistant Construction Manager at ISG Ltd, located in London (UK). I gained my MCIOB professional accreditation and was admitted as a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building in June 2023. I am currently working towards obtaining my second Chartership accreditation status with the Royal institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) which I hope to achieve in 2024. I studied (BSc Hons) Construction Project Management (CIOB & RICS Dual Accredited) at Oxford Brookes University where I graduated with First Class Honours in June 2020. Upon the completion of my successful Industrial placement year (2018-19), I was offered a position on ISG Ltd’s Graduate Scheme in London upon the completion of my degree. In my first year of ISG's graduate scheme I was nominated as a finalist in the companies internal value awards (Nov 2021). I successfully completed ISG Ltd’s management careers programme and was promoted off the Graduate Scheme in September 2022. Experience Throughout my time working in construction, I have worked on a wide range of construction projects. I have experience of individual construction package management and am responsible for total floor / areas management on my projects. I am a qualified temporary works coordinator and am well practiced at health and safety and logistics management. I also have experience with commercial package and contract management and am well practiced in dispute resolution. I have consistently contributed to multiple high graded CCS construction sites and often partake in community construction events to raise awareness of careers in construction as well as part time lecturing and mentoring. I have worked on a diverse range of construction projects which are detailed in the following; - Multiple new build developments - High profile stadia developments - High-rise residential developments - School and STEM college developments - Heritage restoration projects - Office fit-out projects I have a passion for building lasting relationships with clients through the transparent production and hand over of quality construction processes. In addition to my time with ISG Ltd, I have also experienced part time internships with Galliford Try, Turner & Townsend and Plowman Craven.
