Beyond her professional pursuits, Dr. Anna generously dedicates her free time to volunteering as a lifeguard and swimming coach. Before establishing her practice in New York, Dr. Anna gained valuable experience in the Netherlands. Her diverse range of chiropractic techniques includes Thompson, Full Spine Diversified, Gonstead, SOT, TRT, Cox Flex, and Extremities. She is also certified in the Activator Technique. Dr. Anna firmly believes that many health complaints can be effectively addressed by relieving nervous system pressure through adjustments and maintaining this relief through tailored exercise routines and stretches.
