It gives you space and time to discuss your problems and any difficult feelings or issues you may be struggling with in a safe, confidential, non-judgemental environment. I offer that space and time, and help you to make sense of the challenging, confusing things in your life, to find your own answers to what ails you and how to make progress. Together we work to understand you better and make positive changes in your life.I spent a decade as a writer and an editor, always fascinated by the stories people tell themselves and others. At heart, I’m passionate about what it means to be human, with all the messiness, uncertainty and challenges that entails.I am a registered member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP). I aim to help adults of all ages and backgrounds with a range of issues.
