As a mental health provider, I strive to create a world where mental health is no longer a taboo, or perceived as a stigma to the individual. My focus We help patients across the lifespan manage anxiety, depression, mood disorders, OCD, ADHD, insomnia, substance use, and many more. My journey to mental healthcare I have been in the healthcare field for over a decade, and I have always worked with patients who suffered from Mental illnesses, whether it was at a hospital or a detox center. I decided to return to school and obtain my license as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to better serve the community.
