AdventHealth Primary Care+ Clermont is welcoming a new member to their esteemed medical team. Faith Zolfaghari, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified advanced practice registered nurse. After graduating from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, she went on to earn a Master of Science in Nursing from South University in Orlando with a focus on family nurse practitioner studies. Faith spent the last two years in community health, providing care to the underprivileged. She has a wide variety of clinical experience including treatments associated with childhood illnesses, aging and ongoing chronic conditions. She is dedicated to providing comprehensive, whole-person care that heals the body, mind and spirit of every patient and their families.
