Life can present us with many challenges, but we don't need to go through these challenges alone. After major life changes such as death of a loved one, struggles of a divorce, job loss, moving to an unknown place, experiencing anxiety, depression and trauma can turn our worlds upside down. Sometimes we don't have the best coping skills and mechanisms to handle these challenges. We can work together to find solutions to these challenges, work on life goals, and a new positive path.
