Born and raised in Glendale, CA, Ms. Ghadimi has always had a passion for providing care to others. From a young age, Ms Ghadimi admired her mother, and wanted to follow her foot steps in becoming a nurse who advocated for patients and her community. She spent her childhood learning from her mother’s stories. Ms. Ghadimi became a Registered Nurse at the age of 22 and soon after joined a medical mission to Armenia. On the mission she was able to provide care to many underserved patients but realized it wasn’t enough. Soon after, she applied and started her Family Nurse Practitioner program at the University of Southern California with rotations and subsequent work aiding underserved populations in greater Los Angeles. Ms. Ghadimi joined Elevate Health to return her services to her community. With Elevate Health, she is able to provide the patient-centered care she has always believed in.
