I am also experienced in conducting psychological assessments. I am a certified Solution-Focused therapist. She is also trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Schema Therapy (Level 1, pending Level 2), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindful Self-Compassion Approach) and Systemic Interventive Interviewing. I am currently receiving training in the Gottman Method of couples work (Gottman Institute). I am passionate about walking with my clients on their unique life-enhancing and self-discovery therapeutic journey. I strongly believe that therapy is a safe space for clients’ disclosure, learning, self-discovery and finding their way to a meaningful life (not limited to symptom reduction). I further believe that people have strengths (including hidden ones) and are capable of change, as long as they are willing to do so. My clients can expect therapeutic conversations that are often facilitated by her thought-provoking questions and co-constructed, customised interventions that are informed by research as well as clients’ input.
