Over my time while studying, I have worked for multiple numbers of pharmacies to gain experience of how independent, small chains and large chains pharmacies run. Also to improve my communications and dealing skills for the day I’m fully qualified to run a pharmacy. During my Pre-registration year I have chosen to work in a new independent pharmacy to gain more knowledge on how to successfully run a pharmacy and to get a first hand experiences on the implication and problem solving that may arise. This has also allowed me to work on my patient centred skills to help improve patient experience at the pharmacy, as well as, working on how to grow the pharmacy by providing super patient experience.
