Operate at a strategic level within the organization, ensuring cooperative discharge of duties to the overall benefit of the operating business. Act as Ground Operations Manager ensuring compliance with the company’s Air Operator Certificate (AOC). Plan, implement and monitor the area strategy ensuring consistency with corporate goals and that policies and procedures are efficiently implemented to allow a safe, punctual and economic operation. Direct, develop and motivate the team, in order to maximize performance and ensure achievement of company strategy and objectives. Oversee the aircraft planning, crew establishment, Flight Dispatch and ensuring adequate aircrew and ground resources are available to support company operations, therefore guaranteeing that all flights operate safely, punctually and efficiently in compliance with EU-OPS, Operations Manuals, company policies and procedures and the provisions of the AOC.
