I am an experienced chartered Occupational Psychologist with over 20 years working with clients from a variety of backgrounds on European projects relating to equality and employment, placements and soft skills training. I employ a strengths-based coaching and mentoring approach and am enthusiastic about the benefits of applying Positive Psychology to work issues. I am also a keen bid writer and have written more than 40 European and national bids and tenders. My PhD research involved talking to young people about their future work selves as they make the transition from school to work and organisations' perspectives on employing young people straight from school/college.
