As a Business Analyst I at NatWest Group, I apply my data-driven strategy, big picture thinking and innovation skills to support the Fraud CoE. I leverage my background in operations, digital marketing, and nursing to deliver insights and solutions that enhance fraud prevention and education. I have been recognised for my tenacity, sensitivity and courage within my team, earning me recognition awards. I am also proud of my rapid career progression within NatWest, where I was promoted twice in less than a year. I am currently pursuing a BSc in Data Science with The Open University, while working full-time and balancing my personal interests in outdoor activities, languages, and violin.
