I started working in Paediatrics in 1994 and have been a Consultant Paediatrician for over 17 years, working for The North Middlesex University NHS Hospital Trust and Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children as well as privately. I have extensive experience looking after children of all ages, from preterm babies to teenagers, both when acutely unwell in hospital as an emergency and in an outpatient setting. I understand how worrying concerns about your child's health can be so aim to be as responsive as possible to your needs. I always ensure that your child is fully involved in the consultation, whatever their age. I was Clinical Director for Women's and Children's Services for 10 years, managing and redesigning local services. I am passionate about training our doctors of the future and am both a paediatric and a neonatal life support instructor, as well as an educational supervisor and trainer for junior doctors doctors.
