Staying afloat in your day to day life can be quite challenging in a world that is generally not gentle and affirming. Trying to manage stress and anxiety, heal from past experiences, and explore your identity on your own can feel overwhelming. It's my goal to provide a safe and affirming space to join along side you, to approach your experiences with curiosity and warmth while facilitating growth and understanding of yourself and what is important to you in this life.I often work with LGBTQIA+ folks and highly sensitive adults experiencing anxiety, depression, overwhelm or who are adjusting through life transitions. I offer a therapeutic approach that works well if you are someone who feels and processes things deeply and are looking for a dedicated space to have ongoing support.It can be so relieving to realize you don't have to do it all on your own. Whether this is your first time seeking therapy or you’ve had many therapy experiences, it is my honor to join with you on this journey.
