I offer psychotherapy and counselling in the Harley Street district in central London, W1 and Little Venice, W2.I work with clients on a long-term basis where in-depth psychotherapeutic work is required or short-term, focusing on a particular area. What is best for you is something that can be discussed upon in our initial meeting.To facilitate self-awareness, I place particular attention in developing a trusting, safe and collaborative relationship in the therapy room. When we become clearer about how we interact in relationships with friends, family, work, partners and the different stages of life we may be facing, we can begin to develop a stronger sense of who we really are. This stronger connection to our true selves can lead to personal growth and enhanced wellbeing as we seek to live more satisfying and meaningful lives.My style of practice is Integrative, this means I draw from different psychological modalities, including psychodynamic, existential and creatively incorporate the transpersonal use of visualisations and dream work. Ultimately, my main focus is you, and for this reason I tailor the type of therapy to the individuals’ needs and presenting issues.ExperienceAs part of my clinical work I see individuals in private practice.
