I am an expert Head and Neck Radiologist covering all imaging modalities except Nuclear Medicine. My background in ENT surgery (obtaining General and ENT Fellowships of the Royal College of Surgeons) has proven extremely useful in my Radiology practice. I trained at the Royal Free Hospital in London and gained experience in Head and Neck at the Royal National Ear, Nose and Throat Hospital. I undertook an interventional MR Fellowship at St Mary's Hospital, providing me with extensive MR reporting opportunities and an insight into research. I practiced as a Consultant Radiologist in Burton on Trent for 3 years gaining valuable general reporting experience before moving to Bradford in 2006 to become their Lead Head and Neck Radiologist. I am the current Vice-President of the British Society of Head and Neck Imaging. I examine anatomy for the MRCS and am a past FRCR anatomy examiner. I am co-module editor for the Radiology- integrated training initiative Head and Neck Modules (part of the e-laerning for health programme). I have been invited to join the Head and Neck subgroup drawing up current Radiology referral guidelines for the Royal College of Radiologists. I have been awarded Honorary Senior Clinical Tutor at Hull-York Medical School. I am an invited member of the European Congress of Radiology Head and Neck Scientific Subcommittee for the 2015 and 2016 meetings. I lecture Nationally and Internationally on all subjects pertaining to Head and Neck. I currently review for 7 Journals including European Radiology and Clinical Radiology.
