I am a medical doctor, psychiatrist based in Valencia, Spain. I am qualified to diagnose and treat any psychiatric disorder. I take a holistic approach, using evidence-based medication when needed, cognitive-behavioural and interpersonal frameworks, psycho-education, and lifestyle interventions. I can see patients in English, Spanish and Portuguese. My areas of expertise are: Adult ADHD, ADD, Child ADHD, Anxiety, PTSD, Depression, Resistant Depression, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Body-Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD), Bipolar Disorder, Psychosis, and sleep disturbances. Prior to working full time at my clinic in Valencia, I worked for many years in Central London (UK), in leading mental health clinics within the National Health System (NHS), and also privately at Courtfield Private Practice. I also worked in Spain at the Clinic University Hospital of Valencia, where I completed my residency program. I have extensive international experience working with students from study abroad programs, foreign employees, retirees, veteran services and other expats. I specialise in patients that require a doctor that is able to navigate the European, N. American and other international health and insurance systems.
