I am a pre-registered pharmacy technician currently working at Worthing hospital. After finishing my BSC degree at Reading University, I took time to develop my customer service skills and work ethic, working in high-pressure customer service roles. Having always had a passion for biology, I'm excited to endeavour in a career in pharmacy. I have experience in a wide range of areas, dispensing medication out for discharge patients, utilising EPMA systems, as well as JAC and Semahelix. I regularly dispense from paper chemotherapy prescriptions for outpatients and ensure medication is ready for inpatient wards in a timely manner. I've also had clinical experience doing medicine reconciliation histories, working alongside pharmacists for patient safety and medicine optimisation.
