I am a direct-admit nursing student at UMKC involved in the Honors program, PCE, FGR, SNA, and RHC. Working as a pharmacy technician was a great introduction into the medical field, and I now hope to work as a CNA as I further my education at UMKC. After receiving my BSN, I aim to work as a traveling RN to gain experience and see more of the country. I then plan to obtain my MSN through UMKC’s virtual BSN/MSN program, and work as either a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or an Anesthesiologist Assistant.
