Compassion, respect, good bedside manners and good level of knowledge are the attributes of our Davenport Pediatrics provider, Dr. Eiman Elsayed, who received her medical degree from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Khartoum in Sudan. Upon completion of her program, she was selected for a competitive residency program in pediatrics at the Michigan State University at Hurley Medical Center in Flint/Michigan, where her clinical excellence and likable manner earned her ‘The Resident Investigational Award “and the “Apple Award“. Following her residency, Dr. Elsayed was then selected for a competitive fellowship program in pediatric infectious diseases at the University of Florida in Jacksonville. After a year of intense training, general pediatrics emerged as her primary passion. She has now practiced pediatrics for the past 15 years and has been board-certified since 2005. Dr. Elsayed, who is the Medical Director and Pediatric Doctor at Pediatric Care of four Corners, is known for her compassion, loving, and caring relationship with her patients, because she believes and strongly recommends that moms stay on top of their children’s well-visits for prevention, early detection of different medical conditions, and to provide a building block for a healthier adulthood.
