With a diverse and dynamic career spanning over three decades, I began my journey as a registered nurse, specializing in hyperbaric medicine for 4 years. My passion for innovation led me to the Bay Area in 1994, where I pivoted to business school and immersed myself in microscopy and sample preparation technologies within the semiconductor and materials research sectors. Throughout my 30-yrs career, I have been involved in the founding and growth of 4 startups and small companies, contributing to groundbreaking technologies. One of these ventures was my own, which successfully merged with two established companies, enhancing their extensive portfolios. I am deeply committed to the SEMI FA community and have volunteered with ASM – EDFAS for the past 25 years, actively promoting initiatives for women in the field.
