Edward L. Mills, MD, FAAOS, is a highly respected orthopedic surgeon recognized for his expertise in Shoulder and Knee Surgery, Sports Medicine, and Adult Reconstruction Total Joint Replacement Surgery. With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Mills is celebrated for his commitment to providing high-quality orthopedic care. Board-certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, Dr. Mills is affiliated with New York Bone & Joint and Northwell Health, where he holds privileges at Glen Cove Hospital and Syosset Hospital. He also serves as a Team Physician for the United States Olympic Committee USA Boxing, bringing his specialized knowledge to athletes at the highest level. Dr. Mills' academic journey began with a medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine. He completed a General Surgery Internship at St. Luke’s - Roosevelt Hospital Center, an Orthopaedic Surgery Residency at New York Medical College, and a Sports Medicine and Adult Reconstruction Fellowship at the Insall Scott Kelly Institute.
