He then completed his residency in podiatric medicine and surgery at NYC Health + Hospitals/Coney Island, a major hospital in southern Brooklyn providing care to approximately 900,000 NYC residents. His residency training provided Dr. Ainehsazan with a uniquely busy inpatient and outpatient experience encompassing a diverse patient population, exposing him to a wide variety of conditions in podiatric medicine and surgery. He has extensive training in wound care and limb salvage. Dr. Ainehsazan is Board Certified by The American Board of Podiatric Medicine. He is an active reader and learner who keeps up to date with the latest treatment methods and techniques related to podiatric medicine and surgery. He has a particular interest in research and has been a coauthor in several publications in reputable scientific journals. He has been the recipient of multiple awards.
