I have long term experience in providing academic teaching, pastoral care and therapeutic support to individuals coming from various cultural and linguistic backgrounds. I have gained most of this experience in the U.K. where I lived for two decades and worked in various Education and Mental Health Institutions. In 2019, I relocated to Italy, where I have been working internationally both in person and online, providing psychotherapy, counselling and Focusing-Oriented Therapy services. I have also been working in collaboration with various academic and training institutions worldwide, teaching and promoting counselling. I am currently based in Sardinia (Italy), but I do also spend part of the week in the U.K., where I teach Counselling and Psychotherapy in a university setting. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), the Italian Association for Counselling (AssoCouseling); the European Association for Psychotherapy (EAP), The International Focusing Institute (TIFI) and the British Focusing Association (BFA).
