I started my career at NCERT in august 1997 as a senior project Associate in Humanities and later in elementary Education. Then I joined NIOS to develop a Sanskrit language curriculum for its secondary and senior secondary-level learners. After that, I joined the central Hindi Institute in Delhi to teach foreign learners the Hindi language, I taught the teachers of Nonhindi states Hindi Grammar. In meantime, I translated various Self-learning Materials from IGNOU into the Hindi Language in the subjects of Humanities and social science. My specialized areas of interest include Sanskrit Language and Education; Teaching English; Teaching Reading; Curriculum Development; Development of Teaching-Learning Materials; Assessment & Evaluation; Open & Distance Learning, India as a Linguistic area, and Hindi Grammar and Linguistics, Core Linguistics such as Phonetics and phonology, Morphology and syntax, and Translation. At present, I am teaching English for academic purpose course.
